Help Server is available in several editions:
- Express Edition
Free edition of product having several functional limitations. No support is implied
for users of this edition.
- Standard Edition (Web Server License)
Allows to install Help Server on a single production web server (possibly – hosted)
- Professional Edition (Redistribution License)
Allows to install Help Server on any number of web servers, as well as redistribute
it along with your own products.
Note: we may change the set of editions as well as license conditions in future, but such changes do never propagate to ordered licenses (conditions that were intact on the moment of order are the only valid conditions in this case).

Payment
We use share-it! and ComponentSource.com as online payment processing services. You will
be taken to their site after clicking on one of product order links. Both resellers
accept all possible payment types – credit cards, money orders, fax, bank transfers. Customers
in the US may also place their order by calling the toll-free order number 1-800-903-4152,
available 24 hours a day.
Another payment option is wire transfer directly to one of our accounts
(they’re listed here). We offer 5% discount on all of such orders.

- “Free update period” is the period of free product updates after the
moment of purchase. All upcoming versions (releases) of product, including major version

on the first response for regular support requests; bug reports, as well as other
cases requiring testing may require more time then 24 hours
